4. Orders & Payment
Orders are placed by completing the checkout form on our website. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued where payment has already been made.
Payment methods accepted: bank transfer (details provided on request via WhatsApp) and Bitcoin (10% discount applied). Prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes where stated.
5. Pricing
All prices shown are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, and Spain. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of payment being confirmed. Delivery times vary by destination.
All orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to the contents or Nova Biolabs on the exterior. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via WhatsApp or email with photographic evidence and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

9. Limitation of Liability
